To help protect the cabin, property, and surrounding neighborhood, all guests must follow these rules: Maximum occupancy No more than 6 registered overnight guests are permitted. Only guests included on the reservation may be on the property unless approved in advance. No parties or events Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are not allowed. Quiet hours Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful mountain setting. Pets Only approved dogs included on the reservation are permitted. Pet fees must be paid before arrival. Please clean up after pets, keep them off furniture and beds, and do not leave them unattended unless safely crated. No smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin, screened gazebo, or near open doors and windows. Please dispose of cigarette waste safely outdoors. Hot tub Use the hot tub at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Do not use glass near the hot tub, add soaps or oils, or adjust the equipment settings. Replace the cover securely after use. Creek and outdoor areas The creek, fire pit, decks, steps, and wooded areas are natural outdoor spaces and may be slippery or uneven. Children must be supervised. Swimming, fishing, and other outdoor activities are at the guest’s own risk. Fire pit and grill Never leave the fire pit or gas grill unattended. Fully extinguish fires after use and follow any local burn restrictions. Do not move the grill or fire pit. Cabin care Please do not move furniture, access locked owner supplies, or remove items from the property. Report damage, spills, or maintenance concerns promptly. Security cameras Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and entrance areas for safety and occupancy verification. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in private guest areas. Checkout Follow the checkout instructions provided before departure. Excessive mess, unauthorized guests or pets, smoking, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin and its outdoor spaces, including the hot tub, screened gazebo, fire pit, gas grill, decks, creek frontage, parking area, and EV charger. Certain locked closets, cabinets, storage areas, and owner supplies are not available for guest use. Only registered guests and approved pets may access the property.
